Weight loss spell ! HELP ??

im a 13 yr. old girl, im 4' 11", and i weigh 135 pounds. i believe in witch craft and spells.

i enjoy looked EVERYWHERE for some working, free, weight loss spells. but EVERYWHERE i go, i enjoy to pay to get it, and i enjoy to recieve it by mail.

my parents dont believe in witch craft, but they greatly support me contained by what i believe in. ive asked them before and they said they love me and that i look best to them and all that crap.

DONT tell me a short time ago go on a diet or something. ive tried and tried but now ive get to put my witch craft inside of me to work. NO rude comments.

so this is a diet for you:

Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurt

Lunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried)

Snack if you get hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet hotel

Dinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat)
Or maybe a cup of special K or cheerios

Some other tips:
DON'T EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT HELPS A LOT, TRY TO DINNER AFTER 7, I SWEAR IT'S AMAZING

I recommend you coffee contained by the morning, it gives you a lot of vigour! (without sugar, or maybe splenda)

Another thing is to drink green tea once a morning, it burns fat and it's good for your condition
