Pregnancy After Natural Miscarriage?

Menstrual regulation. but no birth control?
I tried black cohosh more recently beside good effects, but I strongly advise you to see a doctor since in attendance might be something more you don't know about!! I had a similar problem when I be younger, and the doctor put me on birth control pills to regulate the flow. Always best to check with a doctor when lots of blood is lost. Vitanica makes a brand of supplement call "Slow Flow." I don't know if all of ther herbs would be secure for you, being only 14, but I've hear several people use this and it has help them immensely! Try calling the company, they are always very compliant! You can get this online or at a local health food store.
is it large all the time or just when you first start. most are heavier within the beginning, not sure there is anything you can nick for that, you may want to talk to a doctor and see what he or she says. you dont involve to take anything .. when you first get it , it should be fatty .. its probably they way your body is built . eat vigorous food such as salad , fruit , vegies , not so much sugar or sugar substances and it should calm down a little .
To achieve breast implant or not?
im not sure what foods lend a hand that but i know that exercise helps make your flow much lighter. merely taking a jog/walk or something like that will help your cramps be lighter (if thats a problem) and decline your flow. try drinking tea... i drink cold brew by lipton... i also find that not only does it make it lighter, it also make it shorter by a day or two depending how much you drink it.
also exercising :)
none that are safe dont try to lift anything and if you want you ca try eating stuff with out lots of oil
hope this helps Jstu deal near it if you try to slow it down it will last longer.
