I have developed a lump on my labia over the past afternoon or so that has me kind of worried. It feel like a solid mass of tissue (no liquid). It isn't painful, but it is humiliated when walking or sitting in certain positions. I would dance to my doctor, but I am currently out of town on a business trip. Does anyone have any idea what this could be/how to treat it?
(As an aside, I enjoy not had sex recently so it is not an STI)

It's probably just an ingrown hair, boil or infected spine follicle.
Try warm compresses.

If it doesn't go away soon, you may want to see a doctor to rule out herpes or something else. (Herpes might show up LONG after you've have sexual intercourse.)

More than likely its a pimple or a infected hair follicle. Don't mess near it and keep clean. It should travel away in a couple days. If not see a Dr. when you get home. It could be an ingrown down, but to be on the safe side make an appt to see your doctor for when you are posterior in town.
