Help beside cramps. lots of medication allergies! any give a hand?
i cant obtain an appt. for a couple weeks. so until then, any help on how to switch the pain?
im allergic to acetaminophen. this is what makes tylenol, and is contained by many other medications such as midol.
besides ib prophen and a heat pad.. do you have any tips?
also.. i cant steal asprin because i have low blood pressure.. and it will thin your blood.

Answers: Check to see if you can use Naproxen (Aleve is the most noted brand, but the generic is just as effective and almost 1/2 the cost). I own used this for 15 years and find it the most effective OTC pain reliever that my own medical conditions dictate.
Add mild lower body exercise such as walking, jog, swimming, bicycling to supply extra oxygen and circulation locally. Even orgasm (self or partnered) can help to relieve pain, cramping and bloating. I know these technique to be valid.

A cyst on your ovary shouldn't cause any discomfort unless it's getting big plenty to rupture. If it's causing that much discomfort, you need to natter to the doctor about getting in for an emergency appointment. If it's newly cramps, mild exercise like walking or swimming, eating bananas, and taking a hot hip bath can help ease the stomach-ache. ibuprofin works great for me, I get bad cramps and I thieve 4 at a time. And yes a heating pad will give a hand, I find that if I lay down in bed and keep my knees up it help, it must be the angle or something. Or laying on your side in the "fetus" position help too. Other than that try to take hot baths and/or showers it will help relax the muscles. Good Luck I hope everything go okay for you

Ibuprofen is the only thing I can ruminate of. Actually a muscle relaxant would be best (if it is uterine cramps, not if it's a cyst). Taking a nice hot shower sometimes helps me.
