I was recently contained by a accident that caused me to produce little to no testosterone. My doctor said that he needed to monitor my hormone levels for a few months before starting to treat me for it. He also said that I might see some breast growth, due to my low testosterone level, and the level of estrogen in my body person at its normal level. Every piece went well for the second two weeks but this last weekend my nipples swelled and started to ich. I have intellectual to not bump my chest so it doesn't hurt, as it is very tender. The ich on the other hand is getting really annoying, I am have problems sleeping because of it. Any suggestions on how to prevent or reduce the ich? Answers:    Although this isn't an allergy problem... it is still swelling and inflammation (Histamines are involved in inflammation). Try an anti-histamine like Diphenhydramine (Benadryl). It should give a hand with the itch, maybe the cramp, and will help you sleep.
