Answers: No two women are the same--not even sisters. Remember you have two parents beside two different sets of genes. Look at the women on both sides of your family. You may be more like one side and your sister may be more close to the other.
Also you may be maturing more rapidly than your sister in spite of the reality that she is older than you.
ABOUT YOUR SISTER'S BOYFRIEND: He has surely NO business gauking at you and your breasts. You should absolutely speak wiht your sister AND your mother or both parents about that. And don't you have a feeling bad because of his actions. You might basically ask him in a way that others will know what he' doing: "WHY ARE YOU STARING AT ME?" (Call him out if you enjoy to do that to make him stop!)

Don'y verbs at all, girls develop at different rates and we all enjoy different body types! Your sister will learn to love what she has, and you will swot up to love what you have. Being small-chested is nothing to be embarassed roughly speaking; every man and woman has a different idea of the reliable breast size. They don't have to be big to be beautiful! Everyone is different, and even though you and your sister share parents, as a consequence have similar genetics, still, everyone is an individual, so here can be differences like this.
It's not abnormal, and you can't really give support to that you're more developed than your sister, so just don't worry in the order of it.

Wear loose clothing not that you are trying to hide your breasts but my daughter was an hasty bloomer too and it was grown men that used to stare at her when we'd be out at the mall and I'd other get mad and enunciate something..We females are all shapes and sizes and all are suitable if the person stops listening to what society say is beautiful...Love your cancer free breasts...and your sister hers...I'm an athlete and have small breasts.and didn't close to them during my childhood ...but it is when I saw women that have had mastectomy's that I love my cancer free breasts... It's okay. You are simply an early bloomer! You are developing faster and earlier than other girls, and to be precise perfectly okay and normal. Don't verbs you are not fat or anything, as breasts are made out of tissue, not fat. You are faultlessly normal.
You are perfectly common. I "bloomed" before my older sister did too. I totally deduce your situation. Don't worry too much about your sister's boyfriend, sermon to your sister about it, and take it from in attendance.

Well 32C=34B=36A. So its not that impossible. I was a tight 36B when I was 12... very soon im 13 and like a 1/2 too small for a 36C. Don't worry almost it. Girls you age will probably be jealous!

i know how it feel im 11 and a 36C You aren't fat sweetheart, don't even pay attention to that. You wouldn't know how to get a 32 around your chest if you were anywhere hard by fat so blow that guy off completely! I be about the same size as you when I be your age so don't worry, women develop at different ages and every woman has a different shape and size. We are adjectives unique and beautiful. You are newly an early bloomer, no worries. And don't feel bleak for what God gave you, you are just blessed and it's not close to you can help it, your sister will be fine.
