When you can donate again:
Saturday July 5, 2008 you may donate again if you are on top form. You can go to the website below to use the donation calculator from the American Red Cross.
Health Concerns:
When you donate blood you need to replenish fluids so your body can replace the blood stores taken. According to the website, it can bear 24-48 hours of rest and extra fluids before your body is fully recovered. It is normal to consistency tired during this time because your body is telling you to rest while it replenishes the blood. This was on several donation sites I go to - but the Red Cross one I think was the best.
Nothing is mentioned of sweating on that site but it mentions to phone call the red cross ( or other donation site would work too) and ask them about it. This is probably a good thought. They can advise you on whether you should seek medical aid.
I did find a pdf file that lists adverse reaction to blood donation. I don't think they like to hype these because it might deter people from donating needed blood! But it appears that some people do hold "vasovagal' reactions which include sweating and fainting atmosphere so you are not alone. The pdf file was from the international society of blood transfusion and is titled "complications relating to blood donation". I put it within sources below. Maybe you are having this mild vasovagal reaction of sweating alot because you enjoy not eaten. Try eating and see if it get better. Also be sure you are drinking enough water too.
I abominate to ask this, but is it common to poo everyday?
