Dairy does it to me everytime, especially large fat, premium ice cream. Greasy or fatty foods will also inflict the same problem. You should probably be checked out. You may need a colonoscopy to rule out anything more serious. Any silver in bowel habits is a result in for concern. By the way, the colonoscopy is no big deal.
Could be anything IBS is probable (Irritable Bowel) you really should progress and see him, I used to work in a Colorectal Department (Bums's) and believe me too many nation are too embarrassed to visit their GP's re the bottom and running out up regretting it. Trust me, swallow your pride and go see him, you do not want to find out in years to come you have something wrong that you should have got treated it isn't worth it, to some extent a few minutes of embarrassment than an illness or condition. I hold been a sufferer of IBS for many years and you may okay have it too but don't rely on peoples opinions on here to diagnose your vigour.
