What do I shake so fearful after any type of physical exertion?

I have been diagnosed next to Parkinson's, Diabetes, and have focal Epilepsy. I take medication for these, and are controlled very well, however, after any type of physical exertion, my body starts to shake, I get hold of extremely weak in my legs and arms, and am totally exhausted. My blood sugar is around the majority count. I don't understand why this happens.

I'm confused?
