Make yourself throw up??
I basically feel really sick to my stomach right now, close to i feel like im going to throw up but im not, I of late need to get it out of at hand! any ways anyone knows how to throw up?? I tried the toothbrush thing but adjectives I do is gag.

Answers: Don't use ipesac syrup,it will help you throw up but you will be really sick for long time after that.I used to be bulimic/anorexic so my throat was so used to me sticking my finger down my throat it didn't work.Drink lukewarm dampen as much as you can handle,you will know when you can't anymore,then stick as tons fingers as u can down ur throat,i was able to stick my undamaged fist in my mouth,the other hand press against ur upper stomach within the middle right where ur ribcage ends(where u have a touch bump),press ur hand real unyielding.lean forward on the toilet do't kneal down keep ur legs straight just lean as much as u can it works better.When u start gag don't move ur hand from ur stomach,it will be bouncing off as ur gag try not to let it bounce off,and as ur gag don't pull ur fingers out until u have puke coming out,and even when u start puking don't stop and travel wash the puke of ur hand,do if u stop it will be hard to start throwing up again,don't worry bout puke on ur hand(as gros as it sounds)stick it hindmost in and keep doing same piece.Don't stand up straight untill ur done throwing up,keep bending forward the whole time and maintain repeating process till ur done.The more water u drink the easier it will be.For me it used to be about 2 full cups at least possible.

ACTUALLY, don't try to force yourself to throw up! It's not suitable for your body, and something about the bile coming up--all that acid damages your stomach inside layer, apparently.
What works for me is to drink a can of Pepsi/Cola or ginger ale. The bubbly carbonated drink forms gas in your body and after several burps, you either throw up on your own or you get the impression better.
I know it sounds really weird, but take it from a girl who other gets indigestion and feels close to throwing up (I eat waaay too much, that's why this happens, lol)
You could put a integral bunch of salt into a glass of hose, try alka seltzer, or drink castor oil. Really you just want to use your finger and when you keep gagging, hang on to sticking the finger in until you do the deed. Your instinct is to quit when you're gag, so you have to push through that. You need to drink for a time milk first and then go to the toilet and put your index and middle finger down your throat you'll throw up everything. If you ate something that's making you sick is a angelic idea to get it out of your body asap.

Dont force yourself to throw up, if your body feels the stipulation to get rid of whatever is surrounded by your stomach it will do it on its own. Just lie back and appropriate slow breaths. If your body needs to throw up, it will.
Just wait, and be merciful. I know it's hard to when you feel that alarming, but just rest.

Let it come naturally, it can really wreckage your stomach. Put your finger down your throat as far as you can. You'll throw up at some point!
