Good and bad dull pain? Your nerves are responsible for reacting to stimuli and sending messages to your brain. It's up to your brain to interpret the meaning of that anguish. That's the only entity here that's aware of the concept of good and bleak. The nerves probably don't differentiate - it's sent to the brain to figure it out and put a value on it. There's profusely of pain that feels flawless - as when a wound is healing up. It's still painful, but you can enlighten it's on the mend.
