I reciently tried to donate blood however they couldnt get my veins to "pop". Is near any way to increase the size of your veins so they are more duruable and suitable to donate blood?

Answers:    exercise will increase your vein, but really if the person taking your blood is very experienced, he/she should be capable of puncture the vein regardless. You could try again with a different being.

the best i could find is to make sure ur well hydrated beforehand this will keep all ur cell full and more stable. this way here the nurse will be able to puncture ur capillary. the exsersising will help to becasue it will make more blood pump through forcing the vein to be bigger. good luck next time hun. hope it help some. i know u want to give.
