Agree near Lee but...to relieve it now, go steam up your bathroom next to hot running taps and breathe in the haze.or..you can boil a kettle and pour it into a bowl, put a towel over your head and the bowl and breathe in the moisture to relieve the mucous menbranes of your chest. We used to put within vix vapour rub in the hose down to help unclog the nasal passages too.if you aren't rising by 7 days time you should book an appointment with the Dr then as they won't make a contribution you antibiotics until you have been struggling for over 7 days. im exactly matching.

i have tonselitis to begin with consequently it moved to my chest and i also have hay fever so its a chest infection, sore ears and hay confusion all at the same time for me.
But it is going round. Its newly a chest infection. You can go see a doctor and get some antibiotics and you'll be better soon.
