it must b ur eating habbits. eating eggs, beans, milk, beef, stuff approaching that can give u gas, escpecialy if u have a sensitive stomache which sounds to me approaching u do... try to eat differently. if gas is building up in your stomach and it feel like a cramp, lay down you eventually will let it out
