Some people verbs about not having flouride contained by their bottled water, but recently the American Dental Association have stated that flouride actually only hellps ON your teeth, and not from your diet - drinking flouride in actuality does nothing for your teeth and can have noxious effects on smaller children - so bottled water is fine in that good opinion.

None at all. The only point that would even be a factor in bottled water is that it does not contain fluoride approaching most public water sources do. People with okay water do not have it any, and it is highly debated whether fluoride is even cooperative to your teeth. You might want to mention it to your dentist, or use mouthwash with fluoride in it if this is a concern to you. I would not verbs about it at all though. its fine as long as you dont freeze the bottles. freezing them will verbs plastic from the bottle into the water. dont freeze them and your fine. ive never heard of flouride contained by bottled water lol.
and distilled water is the best for cleaning your system. who ever say distilled water is bad have no clue what they are talking about.
Zero. Why would here be any consequences, it's just water. It couldn't ever be worse than river from the tap. Make sure you only drink spring wet though, purified or distilled is bad. Fiji water is also well-mannered, it even tastes better. I love it.. but it's expensive.
