I prefer Coffee...especially black! Even tea help!
If you do not prefer either of these, go for hot chocolate!

If you dont close to any of these, try adding a pinch of turmeric powder to milk with a spoon of honey and a table spoon of powdered almonds! Boil this and drink! Keeps ya amazingly nourishing and awake too!

A few pods of crushed black pepper boiled wih ilk and filtered...is very vastly good! One spoon of honey you can add to the reheat milk to redce the pepper intensity!

A spoon of cumin seeds dry roasted on a pan and make the addition of a glass of water...boil and filter. While it is reheat, have it with a spoon of sugar! WOW! Energy surge for sure!
