The doctor that told you that it could effect all of her organs is absolutely correct, but what is he doing almost it?

tried MiraLax. it is over the counter immediately, but it was a prescription laxative a short while back.
If you haven't please rush to obtain her some. It is mild but it works tremendously. I have had problems adjectives of my life and nothing have ever done anything as well as this. You can just mix it contained by her juice or even water (which she should be drinking alot of by the way) it have no taste and will not give her cramps.
I am basically sitting here in shock I cannot believe this little girl is suffering and the doctors sent her home? Good for you for being diligent next to trying to help her!!
If the doc can't help next there is a problem with the doc
the docs right it can hurt her step back to the ER or the docs office and don't quit until you have some meds in foot
they can't kick you out once the doc see her he is responsible
for her if something happens beside this problem

um i find it hard to believe she is still alive after not pooping for a MONTH and that the doctor would just communicate you that and send you home. go to the emergency room or a specialist, preferably a GI specialist if this is truly the baggage. Wow! That is really serious! She could actually die. Does she realize that?
Maybe she needs psychological sustain. She may feel like her vivacity is out of control but at least she can control this.

Well, I couldn't inform you what to do to get her to go, but once you digit it out, Ive got some advice. When children develop the shift through stages. Once of them is anal, it is when they realize that they have control over their bodily functions and they go through it around the time they are potty trained. If she's 4 yrs out-of-date then she may be developmentally stuck in this stage. A traumatic experience could end in this. I would really really suggest taking her to a psychologist. People who don't successful get through this stage could have problems latter on in life beside social interactions. I don't think this is possible.
My grandfather went 3 weeks(I think) minus a bowel movement--he never told granny he was having issues.
He have tummy pain for a couple of days and then he crumbled to the floor and she ha to phone up 911.
Once in the hospital is where they discovered he be "backed-up."
He was deathly ill for a few days because of this and be int he hospital for over a week.
I just can't see someone going as long as you say and a doctor of late getting "some" out and sending her home. That just doesn't make scense.

help yourself to her to another specialist but in the meantime take her to the emergency room so they may remove the bowel movement and be paid sure you insist on it because a lot of times the doctors just want to grasp you out of there...
this is very serious and can end in death if not treated... if gone untreated her intestines might burst, in most cases causing instant demise and it's a very painful one... or her bowel will start coming up into her stomach and afterwards up her esophagus... THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS MATTER...
you may want to change her diet to a high fiber diet, fiber fluently helps people move their bowels...

I know my sister had this problem, but not to this extreme, my mom would say aloud hot baths would always do the trick.
Sounds like the situation is beyond hot baths though- it could be psychological. I would see more doctors or cooperate to the specialist again- or try a child psychologist. Could there be any reason she is humiliated going in your bathrooms? Talk to her about what it is that she doesn't similar to about going. and of course lots of fiber and prunes.
