Why do some individuals seem to be to be addicted to misery?
Answers: It probably does appear to others, that the person is addicted to feeling doomed to failure...but if you think about it,they probably don't know anything else...it have been their source of survival for years, and therefore, they probably wouldn't know how to accomplishment any other way.
What can i do roughly speaking this?
Wow...this is such a complex question.
I focus sometimes sadness or misery becomes a infatuation. Its easier to feel constant disappointment than be happy for a while and later have something knock the wind out of your sail. I found that the misery that I submerged myself in and even created was because I be trying to manifest externally how I felt internally. I would create drama, choose bad boyfriends and friends etc. so that I could enjoy the anger and upset that I felt inside.
I know this sounds dark and over-dramatic but it be totally true. I disliked myself and therefore, subconsciously, refused to enjoy a happy life. In plentiful if not most instances this can be a precursor to depression, which it was for me. It took some serious work to verbs myself out of it, even writing this sounds like I'm describing a stranger! hehe
Some people draw from pleasure from feeling the pain. Being productive and well usually means making an effort to some nation and they'd rather be part of the agony. Other people simply have find your feet to the pain and think that in attendance is no solution to over come it. Good question, though. I DONT THINK ANYONE IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD WANT TO BE ADDICTED TO MISERY. DEPRESSION--IS THE MAIN REASON SOME PEOPLE SEEM TO BE ADDICTED TO MISERY. SEVERE DEPRESSION CAUSES LACK OF INTREST IN LIFE, SOCIALIZATION,ETC; TRY TO BE MORE UNDERSTANDING, AND SOMETIMES JUST BEING THERE FOR SOMEONE HELPS.
Omg im so alarmed please give support to?
sometimes we don't feel worthy, don't deserve to be jolly so we do things to sabotoge the things that can let us be happy. My notion is that they are seeking sympathy from others...and if they get the sympathy, that in itself give them pleasure.
