Sleep and stress!!?
Every night, I procrastinate waaayy too muhc, so i weave up starting my homework around 11 pm, and then studying for finals until 2 am!!
Every night I carry around 4-7 houors of sleep.
WHAT IM TRYING TO ASK HERE IS ::
How does this lack of sleep affect me?
How can I stop procrastinate and use my time more wisely?
p.s. you know whats really fear-provoking? im 14 years old and i had a dark terror. thats REALLY rare.
Is it possible to enjoy anxiety and depression as a mere youngster?
Answers: Just try to stay focused one your homework and not the stress. Get up precipitate in the morning and begin doing this work and studying. Take nap and go back to work. Do this until you finish. You'll be glad that you did.
dude im 16, you purely answered my question. i have some of impossible to tell apart problems. I had a night trepidation of being in a 911 type deally and i dont start my homework until unpunctually and i just sit at home doing other ****. Your lack of sleep is probably affecting you duplicate way me. Making you procastinate our homework and other ****. I hope it passes but if it doesnt, im getting rid of every piece of technology contained by my room and focusing on school because my future is at risk. Good luck. I know its firm. you dont need help, you only just need to realise what's important, and what wishes to be done. believe me, it's not hard. i hate doing homework but once i procure home from school i do it asap so i don't have to verbs about it later on. also, a moment ago ask your parents for encouragement, and tell them you need them to bug ya to find it done

take it easy and do somthing that relax's you. skirmish the urge to wait and start studying earlier because insufficiency of sleep does effect your mind power during the day.
