Very Troubled.?

Answers:    You obligation to find a doctor who is understanding and will talk things through beside you. Once you feel the start of an attack there should be things that you can do to relieve you - breathing exercises for example. The doctor may recommend counselling but that doesn't work for everyone and you may not want to do it. Think of things that help you to relax, a walk, listen to music, talking to a friend. The more you think roughly being panicked the worse it will become. Please try and receive some help for yourself but DON'T take any non-prescription drugs - I can assure you they will clear the physical problems much worse.

Do I hold OCD?

Yes - these are the symptoms of a panic attack. I had like peas in a pod thing going on - I got on Paxil - parexotine - roughly a year ago, though, and while my general anxiety and phobias didn't go away, these nouns attacks pretty much did. I've only had three since January. Normally I wouldn't suggest, "Go pop some pills!", but beside such classic symptoms, I imagine it's what your doctor will tell you too. Go ask. This is a nouns attack. You need to get to a doctor preferably psychiatrist or emergency room. You must be holding within alot of stress.

Help near anxiety?

Paxil would not be my first choice, its an antidepressant that takes a couple weeks to start working. It does sound resembling anxiety, maybe you need xanax or ativan.
