Need guidance?
Fear of the foggy and sleeping problems I enjoy? HELP!?
Answers: Since you went to school for social work, I would inspire you to reach out and get yourself a social worker. I have a sneaking suspicion that you need an ongoing relationship with someone within your life who can help you work on taking the steps that will facilitate you feel less depressed. You may also want to attain a referral to your local mental health clinic so that you can get on meds for depression - your suicidal ideation is a clear indication that something is not right. Call your local social services/family services agency - they will support get you started.

Zoloft? Prescribed for depression...?
Problem-solving. Look at the situation, measure your option and figure out what you're going to do. Praying for things to happen is poor technique, it on the odd occasion works. Look at your situation from a logical perspective always. That's really all I read aloud, it's your burden and it's up to you to figure it out, something is bound to come up. no matter what relations in the answers to come say- having dependence in God and praying is the ONE thing that you will other have control of having surrounded by life, so don't listen to people who vote praying rarely works.. im hoping that they meant something more close to a "God helps those who help themselves" type thing- this i intuitively believe is true. go about on an upward curve your life by eliminating one piece at a time- is there someone at church [once you make some time for it] that you can befriend and who can present free/low cost child care? if you truely are a christian, look to others and be specific about what your desires really are. love and blessings =]
