Answers: Go to the doctor and agree to the doctor figure it out. From what you posted, it sounds like a bit more than simply a rough patch. It doesn't have to stay that way, but you do own to ask for the right type of help to begin to bring better. Talking is really important, too. Try to open up almost what's up with you.

U purely need a week where hugely good things happen 2 u. (Thts what happen 2 me & "I feel good.") you'll be fine once you see a doctor.
Yes you necessitate to see a counselor/therapist. You may have a chemical imbalance and person on medication can restore that balance. I have be through depression. Here are some warning signs. Please if these apply to you go return with some help:
A: Depression, for many, is a slow, almost negligible process in which life, within varying degrees, begins to lose its description. Research demonstrates a measurable depletion of certain chemicals in the brain; this is the foundation for various of the drugs used to treat this condition.
The following are warning signs of depression and should be taken seriously if one regularly experiences them:
Depressed mood
Loss of appetite for food
Difficulty sleeping or sleeping much more than usual
A sense of helplessness and hopelessness
Thoughts around suicide
Loss of interest in the activities of day by day living (work, play, time with family and friends)
Unusual irritability
Feelings of worthlessness or improper guilt
Diminished ability to think or concentrate
If you are experiencing up to five of these symptoms for more than two weeks, this may represent a serious depressive episode. If so, see your doctor as soon as possible. Treatment may include counseling, medication, and contained by severe cases hospitalization.
St. John’s Wort has been historically used as a mood elevator and some research have demonstrated a positive effect on the brain chemistry of depression. In some limited studies benefits were shown close to reducing anxiety and feelings of worthlessness, as well as improvements within quality of sleep.
I would discourage anyone reading this from self-diagnosis and consequently running down to the health food store to arrange treatment. A depressive syndrome can be serious, necessitating evaluation by an objective professional.
