i have and other will have to take Valium. i transport two a day. when needed like these departed two weeks. i have been on three a time. my anxiety has gotten worse because of my life's problems. got pulsation up a little by a man, then am getting evicted from my apartment because of it. i enjoy now gotten a lot of discouraging thoughts in my head. when this happen i get in my sports car and go. i have have several attacks lately and the meds i take help within the relief. i take the Valium at twelve noon now because i have have a lot of problems. as soon as i feel that things are recovering i will drop down to one a day again. i am supposed to take two a year but there are times that i am happy and don't want them. i go up and down. depression is kicking in. when this is my problem after i cry and listen to music. i also crochet for this. it keeps me thinking on the work i am doing instead of the pain inside of me. my Afghan i am making shows the times when i am batty or sad. the stitches is tight when i am mad. the stitches are loose when i am unhappy. i am trying hard to just bring back by. you have to figure out what is working for you. trial and error im on prozac for madness disorder and severe anxiety and depression. it doesn't help at all! and i've be on it for 5 months now! and im at the highest dose a 14y/o can transport safely. so i don't suggest prozac. but i really like xanax it help so much for panic attacks! hope this helps! :)

I could not lug ssri for anxiety/panic disorder. Every one of them made me feel crazy. My doctor finally tried Klonopin and it works just fine. I nick 1/2 mg a day only. You really don't entail very much of it to work well. I do 100mg of Zoloft each day. When I feel like it. They said as severe and frequent as my attacks be it wouldn't do me any good to take a 'rescue' pill every sunshine.

can't spell it but another is pronounced Bucebar I take Zoloft 100mg a day. It works unbelievably well for my anxiety.
