You cancel from Adderall at the end of every day, no contraction off is needed with this type of med. I took Adderall for 2 years and later went a week without and in that was no effect whatsoever. (assuming you have ADHD and are using this as prescribed) i'd suggest taking a inherent treatment while tapering off
