I save have a reoccuring nightmare something like an event that took place on Thurs. How can I go and get sleep?
I requirement tips on how to relax, focus my duration and get hold of together and organized?

Depending on the amount of trauma, you may have a case of post traumatic stress disorder. PTSD will save your from sleeping, possibly make you eat more, like mad of not good things.
If you still can't sleep after tonight, you should see a doctor.
If it isn't that bad, I'd still spill it to a well-mannered friend.
i also experienced the same.. but what i did is just a simple prayer.. simple on the other hand effective..
if you are not prayerful, try sleep enhancement methods resembling playing soft music while sleeping because certain studies have proven that sleep disturbance as a result of nightmares and discomfort lessen next to the use of this method..
if it still not working, visit a physician if sleeping pills can be prescribed to you.

look into my eyes, not around the eyes, into my eyes, into my eyes. when i snap my fingers you'll fall asleep and forget adjectives about thursday... you went from wdnesday to friday.
when i snap my finger you'll stir up all refreshed. Try meditation, its a wonderful tablets.
If it's fear you must face your demons. Otherwise pop a few tylenol PMs and it's stale to dream land. :)~
