I give attention to I may be bipolar and not a soul believes me. Well i go and get angry for no judgment and afterwards it turns into crying?

and that crying turns into pulling at my hair. and i also get depressed confidently. (for no reason) and think of some pretty harsh stuff roughly speaking people and myself. even if it is sometimes it is against the people i love. i sometimes construe of hurting people or worse. I just want to know why i do this. Could it be from horrifing memories or something that happen. do you think i have bipolar? and nearby are times when i shut myself away from the world because i feel sick but im not.

I am bi polar and that it definitely what it sounds close to. Is it you parents that don't believe u? You need to some how go to a psychiatrist and report to him/her exactly what you feel like and they can diagnoses u. you are depressed seriously it could be from childhood depending on what it was like or the principal part of bi polar is depression. That is what they try to help when u receive meds. that will help to equal out your equilibrium and things will get more usual. If you experienced a traumatic event as a child, that could be the source of your depression. But just off paw, you may be bipolar. I'm sorry that the people in your life span aren't taking your pleas and cries for help seriously. See a counselor or your physician.

Try figuring out what it really is that causes the anger it could be a childhood trauma.Have you tried yoga or meditation,a long self exploring waddle?Try writing your thoughts down on paper,I write poetry for a self therapy writing thoughts down printed can release anger nd depression and if it's something you don't feel that others should read you can tear it up that make you feel better too.Medication is to wide spread and unforced to become totally controlled you don't think for yourself you think the route the medication wants you to think,be there done that I like myself alot better near self therapy and others do too!! But you may just be have post traumatic stress combined with normal problems of growing up. To work out your inner conflicts try taking a class contained by Zen meditation and start keeping a journal writing down everything you think and quality no matter how evil or crazy.
