Does hypnotherapy certainly work?
Is at hand any doomed to failure long permanent status effects from children person on Ritalin?
Answers: I think it really depends on the following:
1. What you expect to get out of it
2. The individual doing the hypnosis.
I own done it to quit smoking, and it was wonderful. I had definitely no cravings what so ever. It was as if I had never smoked in the past. It also helped my mood quite a bit, and it be only one session. (I did plenty of research on the individual that I went to beforehand hand. There are some shady places out there, that I feel are just there to cause a buck.)
Please backing. I be aware of so depressed and alone?
Yeah, I tried using it to quit smoking. Didn't work. It was expensive, and to be honest, I didn't like it.
If I be you, I'd look into cognitive behavioural therapy or even Freudian analysis before trying hynotherapy- a few reason.
1) The practitioners are many and varied; there's not much contained by the way of a guarantee of quality, unlike other healing disciplines.
2) I found it much more psychologically invasive than I thought it would be. A year later, I'm still surprised by quite how much.
3) It be vastly expensive (sadly, I mistakenly thought that high fees meant a better "therapist")
4) It be a hopeless failure.
Try some real analysis first.
Hello
Yes it is very good for unwanted fears, but it may pinch more than one sessions. If you gel with the hypnotherapist I do not see what it will not work for you.
