Confidence quiz?

I dunno if this is the right place to ask this...
Anyway, I have SERIOUS confident issues. Like I can barley look at myself in the mirror, tolerate alone allow other people see me in a bathing suit, and I detest being with only one of my guy friends, cuz than all his attention is on me. The thing is, though, my unbroken life people constantly compliment me on how I look, and I almost consistency like this puts a constant drain on my confidence. The point of this post, though, is because I am starting modeling a tiny bit, and my agent said I need more confidence, but I enjoy no idea how to gain it! please, please give me some aid.

Answers:    I have issues with my confidence as in good health even though my entire life people own always told me they were controlling of me. Sometimes it seems like they are single complimenting me to make me feel better. I finally talk to my doctor because I thought I was suffering from severe depression. As it turned out, I had social anxiety and because it have gone untreated it had turned into depression. I was put on Adivan and I enjoy found that taking the medication before I am exposed to social situations along with taking time for me (shopping, doing my nail, doing my hair, etc.) has largely boosted my confidence. Honestly I expect pampering myself so I feel prettier have helped more than anything else.

I reckon I may inevitability give a hand.?


This may sound out of the ordinary, but I think the best way to gain confidence, is to stop worrying just about it one way or the other. I know I became more confidence when I started to adopt a "who care, I'm just gonna be me" attitude. You need more exercise. 1. It will serve you sleep. 2. It will help you realize how strong you really are. 3. It will help you appreciate your body more. 4. It will hang on to you calm and even tempered. 5. It will produce it so you can eat ice cream, pizza and chocolate lacking worrying and still model.

I know, you wouldn't think exercise is even related to confidence, but try it. You will be surprised at how it helps you see yourself, your strengths and your body within a better light. Good luck.
