Are in that any support groups for depression that tender the 12 steps as a style of treatment?

How can I stop self an introvert and socially withdrawn? (serious responses please)?

Answers:    There is a 12-step program called Emotions Anonymous, which deals beside emotional difficulties. The website is http://www.emotionsanonymous.org/ - I know that they actively come to the psych ward I've been within to promote themselves.

Please note that joining this program should not replace any treatment you are receiving for depression. You should verbs (or make an appointment with) a behavioural therapist who can work beside you one on one on the issues triggering the depression. A psychiatrist can prescribe psychotropic drugs for depression.

EDIT: I do not believe you have to buy anything. The EA book is optional and can be obliging. If you check out the website I linked, you can see what meetings are fundamental you (type in address and search). There are also ONLINE EA meetings/groups. Information on the groups can also be found at the website. Good luck!

Which is the best forum to discuss in relation to my Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) problem?

clinical depression does not respond to 12 step programs, that is not what they are designed to concord with. If depression is an issue, suggest you would do best to find a cognitive behavioral therapist. Yes, it's call Emotions Anonymous. I don't know the web address but you can look it up.
