Aaaaaaaaaargh.?
I self harmed this winter, which have scarred and now i need i hadn't. I had a week away in majorca near my parents but was really low coz i was falling out of love near my long term bf and knew it be ending soon (mutual decision). I have an desire with food and exercise.. i either devour loads, (when it cold especially), diet well and exercise more, or just perceive terrible about myself. HELP!

It does sound as though you own had a lot to cope near over the recent months, and your self harm indicates that you are struggling to cope with atmosphere about everything.
The good entity is that you posted this question, as it shows that you realise that you need some relief and support. Well done for taking the first step.
My suggestion would be to make an appointment to see your GP and go and bargain things through with him/her. I would also suggest that you write down all the things that own been worrying you and causing you to perceive distressed, you could print what you have written here. Take it along with you and next if you get upset or feel unqualified to voice anything you can just ask the Dr to read what you have taken.
Dr's are nearby to help, they won't judge you, and they will appropriate you seriously. The more open and honest you can be with them consequently the better they are able to make an assessment and wish on what treatment would be best for you.

they are very informal but hold lots of knowledge and understanding. The one I work for have a specific Young Person's Service, ask if yours has one, as it sounds like you would benefit from have someone to talk to who will listen and understand.

Your parents will always be the best friends you will have during your lifetime. I suggest conversation to your mother as she seems to be the one more approachable, discuss how you grain, you should never suffer in silence. i think you should jump and see a counselor

If you are lacking serotonin this can make you be aware of miserable. You can take serotonin to get you through the murky months. We make it when exposed to sunshine, that's why we feel better within the summer...more daylight hours.
As for the eating/self harming sounds to me resembling you need to see someone. It's all around control (at least it was for me)

i presume your right you are depressed, but please tell your mum, because you dont need to stir through this alone. i think you want her to realise for herself, but she maybe doesnt want to bring it up, so i articulate you should wait till you get mum alone and relate her exactly how you feel and ask her to help you, she will be glad you talk to her, and she will be glad to help you and take you to the doctors. appropriate luck. You might have depression and St John's Wort won't cut it if you do and you need something more. the entity is, teenagers & young people will jump through depressed states often while developing and it may pass, but sometimes it really is an malady and you'd need to get diagnosed to find out which it is.
