My son be diagnosed bipolar NOS at age 8. He had many of the symptoms you discuss. His pyschiatrist other says that irregular sleep patterns or removal of sleep is a major cue to look at possible bipolar diagnosis.

Your only 13. I think you should stop reading going on for symptoms and diagnosing yourself for starters. If you truly feel your emotions and inner health are not something that seems right for you then reach a deal to your parents, a teacher or guidance counselour. You can be seen by a professional who will assistance you with this hard, strange time in your life. Try to not surrond yourself near this "highschool trend on being depressed is cool thing". It's not cool, it's not fun and think roughly your future and what you want for yourself. I hope it is hormones... I wouldnt put depression or bi-polar on anyone. It's a hard disagree. You need to tell someone so you can carry help. Write down everything you have scheduled here. Keep a journal. Write down dates and times contained by your journal. If you are thinking of suicide you need to telephone for help at once. Thoughts can get widespread. Kind of called cognitive distortions. You need to chat to your therapist about possibly seeing a doctor and tolerate her see what you write about how you feel. If you can write it down that will assist. Sometimes when you go to therapy you may touch bad or hyper and may not be focused on all the issues that bother you at adjectives times.
