Bc it's instinctive. That whole thing more or less no sex before marriage... be written at a time when engagement at 16, and marriage at 18 was adjectives. Two years was not long to wait to show that you be 'committed' to the other person. It was never designed to get THIS far out of hand - where on earth ppl are marrying much later - within their late 20s and 30s. That goes against simple law of attraction.
IF it was meant to be that you didn't own sex until marriage, then surely, approaching puberty, it would begin at the right time? I.e. when you married. Not natural and biological urges that evolve beforehand.

Part a, have sex with their bf or gf before nuptials: For this one i can see that the boyfriend and girlfriend either dont feel its something as special adequate to wait (from here its just the we do it because its fun and it feel good) or have decided that they love one another adequate to express it in this manner...
Part b, Cheating on their spouse and have a bg of gf on the side: this is simply just cheating because their spous isnt doing enough for them and they surface they need to get it else where on earth so they find another person to call their bf/gf to do positive things with that they cant with their spouse...
