Answers: This isn't mainly a bad thing. It's surrounded by his genes, he perhaps doesn't produce enough testosterone. Some nation are just genetically or naturally thin on top.
Some guys are genetically programmed to be hairy, others hairless. I am not fundamentally hairy myself and what I do have is extremely restrained blonde. There is nothing wrong with him. Most race prefer hairless now days anyway, so it is probably a polite thing. You care. Otherwise you wouldn't be asking. Your comrade is mostly hairless due to genetics.
