Actually you could technically grow more as the growth hormone released in puberty, which determines fully developed characterisitics, stops altogether at around age 25. However, your height is gentically determined and most people arrive at their full adult height within their teens. There is nothing you can do to alter it save for adopt the height you are. You can APPEAR taller, but i dont think you can grow taller (apart from correcting your posture obviously, stand up straight, correct your shoulders etc)
Slightly bulky shoes could help - not to obvious though, you dont want to look resembling you're a spice girl!
On the subject of shoes, thick insoles will add plane without getting detected.
Geling (sp?) your hair up could make the addition of a bit of height - as can vertical stripes on your shirt (not to mention it'll make you look thinner!)

Well, you don't stop growing until you are almost 25 years old...
The likelihood of you growing taller is still possible. The odds of you having reached your maximum rank is also not out of the question either.
As for urgently increasing your increase... unfortunetly there is no way. You a moment ago have to accept the distance from the ground you are currently at, or wait and hope that you do get taller.

It depends, if your growth plates enjoy not closed, your doctor can give you GH (growth hormone), but it is really expensive and your doctor would entail a really good reason. If your growth plates enjoy closed there isn't much (or anything) that will help. In that crust GH would just cause big features, but no extra height.
