Too slow for what? You're developing, that's adjectives that matters. It isn't a race, nor can you speed it up or slow it down somehow. It's inheritance that determines the amount of hair you have; it's your attitude to vivacity that determines how masculine you really are (not to be confused with chauvanism). I am at the exact same stage (I'm 15) as you and I enjoy the same characteristics you have described! We aren't slow, but we aren't efficient, it's nothing to worry around!
