Workout cross-question??

ok, so i see people tell me that working beside small wights while doing a ton of reps doesnt help at all. and apparently, doing small reps, near a large amount of weight help build more muscle. for example, benchpressing doing 4-6 reps, with 180 is the better way to build muscle mass. all right say if i were to do this everyday, how plentiful times would i have to do it a day, to see maximum results as spur-of-the-moment as possible. summers here, and i want the beach body girls will die for :]

Am i Fat (picture)?

Answers:    Fewer reps with a heavier shipment builds muscles. More reps on a lower weight tones.

If you do 3 sets of 30 reps on a smaller weight for example you will tone up your arms but if you do 3 sets of 10 reps on a heavier bulk you are building the muscle up.

Weight loss assist?

I know this works from personal experience. Try lifting weight you are comfortable with, but the switch is to lift slow. Pull the weight as extreme your arm can stretch. Do this as you are pulling up and down, or whichever way your pulling the weight. Pulling slow and stretching adjectives the way is a big muscle builder.
