Will I lose if I do this?

If I eat 1500 calories per day(not from junk) when I normally devour 2000, and I excersize twice a day totalling 90 mins, will I lose weight? It's more vital that I lose it for good and not just procure rid of it quickly with some crazy undertaking. I'm only trying to lose 7 lbs. Is this the right way to walk about it or what?
