Will a low calorie protein shake gross me gain bulk?

I am a female who exercises and lifts almost day after day for a small college sport, i would like to build some muscle b/c i have consent to myself get out of shape and put on some plump. I dont eat much protein and was considering a protein shake within place of that. Is this going to make me gain weight? lose weightiness? what should i expect?

Answers:    If you are actively looking to build muscle, you will need about 1 gram of protein for every pound you weigh.

Your body can solely absorb 20 grams of protein an hour, so don't over do it.

And don't take any if you aren't going to do a serious workout, it will simply be paid you gain weight.

Shakes are meals replacements, if you drink them near water is better because your not drinking extra fat from the milk, it depends within how much exercises you do. maybe you'll gain weight but probably will be muscle counterbalance.. it will me make you shorter and more smart
