Why am i not loosing freight??
iv been going for a couple of months presently and i go about 5 times a weeek and do 2 hours. other doing lots of cardo as well as weights training.
i have also cut out foods elevated in fat and processed foods as much as possible.
i still drink reasonably alot, but surely not enough to prevent me from loosing weight?
i am not concerned in the order of how much i weigh per say as its not really an accurate measument of fat/muscle ratio.
but i have be measuring myself once a week and have solely lost about a cm around my waist.
what can i do to loose the extra fat?
especially love handle.
nothing seems to be working.
any suggestions would be great.

Answers: If your only having problems losing freight in your stomach then it could be the drinking.
Beer (assuming) have a lot of calories. You may be eating on form and cutting down on calories with food but putting them hindmost on with the drinking.
Try cutting the drinking for a week and see if there's any difference.

u may be doing lots of exercise and firm work to lose your weight but not in a rule . may be u sleep abundantly or eat a lot ..which cause increase in weight no issue how much exercise u do.gaining weight is really easy than losing weight so may be u must be acquirement weight rapidly than losing it due to some reason. eat six small meals a year
