i do go to the gym twice a day and hike for 40 min each time.i heard that run engineer you lose weight faster but i cannot run.

You should be consuming around 1800 calories per daytime, and burning them with exersizes. Eating too little isnt very accurate for the body, its better to eat more and exorcize more so your body has the nutrients it requests :)

Listen, its not what you eat but the proportions. You can guzzle rice but, 1 cup max. Fruits are very good but, not too too much. Remember... fruits enjoy a lot of sugar. If you have insurance, ask your parent/guardian to help yourself to you to a nutritionist. They will give you tips and ways you can lose fast. PS: Try to guzzle a lot of green veggies and tomatoes. =) Um.. try eating a bunch of small portioned foods several times a time instead of eating 3 meals. Only munch through when you are hungry. Also, there are special cereals, frozen lunch/dinner meal at grocery stores made with little calories and fat. Try those. Also, my moms doctor told her to run for 5 minutes straight to bring back her heart beat up and then stop and rest and that will kind you lose a lot of weight!Hope I help.

It's not what you eat it's how you eat it. Only devour when your hungry. Eat slow. Don't deprive yourself of anything but stop when you fell satisfied. You'll fell better, have more matabolisim and your body will enjoy what it needs. The key is to agree to your body tell you when to eat. It know when it needs energy. i know some one how drink ice for a few months and be came anarexic (cant spell (realy skinny) i wouldent recamend it becasue immediately she has to eat mud pies to save her alive and it also becomes adictive what i would do is go bikeing alot you can lose loads of mass that way and its good for your heart

Where is the protein surrounded by your diet? Rice, fruits, vegetables and yogurt are not staples of a weight loss diet. You need some lean proteins resembling turkey, chicken, fish and low-fat cuts of beef. jenny craig products..

eat less and chomp through healthy food and exercise everday in the morning when u gain up and eat cearles and drink water 10-15 glasses/day of sea. Drink water when you feel hungry. Although.I honestly reason 14 is waaaaay toooooo young to be dieting.

sand the rice doesn't make you fat, it's the westernize food that does. I ate rice three meal a day when I was living beside my parents. I've been a size 0 all my enthusiasm. Once my mom started making prepared meals and making more westernized food, I increased to a size 2.
And you don't have to guzzle to lose weight, try cutting your caloric intake by 200 calories every week.
You enjoy to exercise! Your walk should be brisk enough to increase your heart rate. Try making equal 40 minute walk into 35 minutes this time. Same distance, less time.
Every week try to shave 5 minutes until you bring back to 20 minutes and you are running. Then increase your laps.
Lemonade with adash of cayenne pepper and honey is a detox drink that will back u lose weight. Try getting brown rice if your parents don't mind. Also don't drink diet cokes or sugar free drinks- the taste of them make your body crave junk food. One more thing- eat as lots vegetables as you can get your hands on - an entire can of green beans or asparagus have very little that is bleak for yyou and you can eat two cans verse some other meal and it will probabally be less than a collation of nothing that would barely riddle you up. Lettuce is very good for someone on a diet - as long as you don't completely cover it contained by salad dressing- because ur body burns more calories digesting it than the lettuce itself contains. Also cheese and dairy products are very fattening- altho ur choice of yogurt is a goo decision. If you wnt to drink milk, try rice milk, it taste like watered down milk but it is pretty good and comes surrounded by a variety of flavors; also it quenches your thirst and doesn't hold a bad aftertaste. Good luck sweetie! You need to munch through all of your food groups! Eat veggies to have a low-cal collation that is full of good-for-you vitamins and minerals. It takes more calories to chew celery than are in actuality in celery, so thats a good food to munch through to fill up your stomach without totalling calories. Dark green veggies and darker berries are the best for you (broccoli, blueberries, raspberries, spinach, etc)
You still need to munch through some fat, but stick to good-for-you fats approaching olive oil, olives, and nuts, even some dark chocolate but use them sparingly.

If you do a crash diet until you get the wieght you want, consequently eat whatever you want, you'll enjoy to start all over again. Just learn how to be respectable, and you'll be glad later.
