Which is better resting or running tired?

I really need to get at smallest 8 hours of sleep to be myself. I so much question is if I just dont hold the explosion in my legs to run sprints should I do them (knowing I will not be able to do as copious as usual) or should I just wait until the subsequent day and push my workouts back.

My counterbalance is 72kg ang increase around 164.I am overweight or not?



Answers:    Well contained by my opinion even though I may seem tired I still push thru my workouts-a lot of times the birth I'm a little sluggish but I start to get my rhythm back-and later I'm glad I pushed myself so I don't have to worry going on for if something comes up tomorrow-

But it's up to you ultimately...If you run with music you should have special "extra push" music when you want it-

If you had a really long night-then wait a day-but if you find that you're freshly making excuses to skip your workouts-then you may have a problem...
