Which is better Designer Whey or Detour Bars?

to take after a workout, sit ups, pushups, weights. Cause I have Man Boobs and I'm sick of them and I want to capture rid of them

I want to draw from bigger calves approaching enjoy them ripped and bulged out what can i do?



Answers:    i would say, out of those two detour, but your better off buying any muscle milk or 100% whey, protein powder, which is cheaper and you can mix them with water or milk and fruits ...etc

find on a good diet first. Eat more often and exercise. Protein is not really for relatives trying to loose weight, it's to help muscles recuperate and rebuild after a workout. Please don't start taking supplements until you have perfect your diet and your training.

To answer the question more directly: A whey protein powder is better after a workout, but probably not that brand.Optimum is probably the best protein powder for the price.

Detour bars (and adjectives protein bars really) are very carb-heavy. You're better bad using the Designer Whey shakes.
