ok very well 1st u cannot lose flab by just dieting or fasting, u will own to do some running to lose the bulge.
i myself, have been exercising on the treadmil for just about 4 months and i can see my tummy has got smaller.
you cannot choose where on earth u want to lose weight but by exercising it will come off where on earth needed.
i know ur liquid fasting, after you finish i wud suggest u try and chomp through around 1000-1500 cals per day and try to burn the same amount stale, u will se a difference it takes a few weeks and patience but it will work:)
