What can i chomp through everyday to put together me gain some mass?

i eat this each sunshine basically.

breakfast- either a granola or power hotel. but on weekends i eat a bowl of honey bunches of oats with 2% milk.

lunch- Usually a sandwich beside two whole grain peices of toast next to turkey and slice of cheese.

snack- usually i go in the pantry and freshly snack on a little of everything..or just grap some nuts to snack on, or sometimes a apple.

dinner- anything my family's having, and if i don't like it i'll own cereal or oatmeal. but if i eat what my family is i'll own like pasta or salad or type of meat they're eating.

desert- round free golden spoon frozen yogurt, or pinkberry frozen yogurt. usually nothing lately though.

this is just going to manufacture me maintain my weight huh? what else should i affix throughout the day to make sure i'm attainment weight but safely & in shape? doctor said i need to gain like 5 pounds to find my system working properly.

Dieting is making me dizzy?!?



Answers:    eat a little bit more in need making yourself too full or sick you know? like eat some choclate brownies or something. um possibly one day don't exercise.. wait don't society usually want to lose weight?
