What I find to be a healthy and pleasing breakfast is a tomato and an egg (white only if you're worried about the cholesterol). I crack an egg into a bowl and play the drums it with salt and pepper (like you're going to label scrambled eggs). Then I put it in the microwave for one to two minutes (depending on the strength of your microwave). It comes out in a unblemished sandwich shaped egg...minus any butter or grease from frying it in a pan. I put that over a few slices of tomato...and viola! a in shape breakfast meal that took about 2 minutes to prepare and should hold you full throughout the morning. whole grain cereal near fruit and 1% milk, plus a hard boiled egg and glass of liquid. i sometimes micro a couple of turkey bacon slices.
you can also go japanese- miso soup, rice, fish (canned sardines will do)
Oatmeal is high contained by fiber, vitamins and is very healthy. Or...
Try a breakfast smoothie near low fat plain yogurt, smooth tofu, banana, berries, and ice. it is awfully healthy and will keep you going for a long time.

cereal, oatmeal, egg white omelet, fresh fruit, yogurt next to granola, 1% milk, fresh fruit smoothies, you get it. I have oatmeal near fresh fruit (usually apples with cinnamon) mixed in it. oatmeal. scrambled eggs. natural granola cereal (There's this stuff called Bare Naked that I'm in love with)
