Squat jumps-Feet shoulder length apart and hands astern your head and sink down then kick as high as you can.
Power skip- Do a regular skip just push bad more and spring into the air on every jump.
Push up can sustain as well because it is a total body workout.
Triple stop- Start from the regular push up position and go down in the middle then pause, dance down and pause then come subsidise up and pause.
Swiss ball- Use a Swiss ball and form up as if your going to do a regular push up but your a short time ago using a balloon.
To get faster you need to run against resistance.
Go to a pool and run the span of the pool running with high knees and run as express as you can against the water.
Run sprints up a hill, next shuffle up the hill sideways from both your right and left sides, consequently back pedal up the hill.
Also what you can do is shift run whether it's a machine or outside and sprint as fast as you can for 1-2 min straight later drop down and do 25 push ups, 50 sit ups and 5 sets of squat jumps then repeat for in the order of 3-4 times.
