i take adderal its an a.d.d pill. it makes you not hungry so i dont drink. how much weight will i lose? or what is normall?

Answers:    I'm on Concerta. I'm amazed by how much it suppresses my appetite. I usually go adjectives day without drinking a meal, and I'll graze every few hours on apples or toast. I've gone from 125 to 110 in the year I've be on it (might not seem like much but every little bit counts, right?).

ok first of adjectives dont abuse ur meds because that can cause adverse effects. and second not drinking will end up making you gain more weight because your body go into starvation mode and the next thing you drink is going to be turned into fat for storage because your body doesnt know when the next banquet is coming if u wanna lose weight then work out rock-hard and eat 6-8 times a day small meal and watch ur calorie intake its all something like diet and exercise
