Tone thighs speedily?
I am 16 i cannot get anywhere like the gym and i enjoy an eliptical unfortunately that is give or take a few it.
and if anybody knows any good excersises for abs consent to me know not so worried about that tho.

Answers: Hm...
Try doing lunges (with 5 or 10 pound weights if you have them).
Walk/Jog every day (a mile or two), a couple times a daylight. (morning and evening)
Do stadiums - (i.e. climb up and down large sets of stairs over and over).
Eat smaller portions at meals.
Snack smaller quantity frequently, unless you're eating fruit or veggies for snacks.
Substitute rice cakes within place of chips or cookies
drink more water, less or no soda pop
Don't chomp through past 8pm (or 6pm if you go to bed early).
Eat vigorous - more fruits and veggies, less fatty foods. (cut out fast food for a month, or long if you can), use baked or grilled meat instead of fried. Use lean meat like chicken, turkey, fish, instead of beef and pork and seafood.
Or substitute beans, soy or tofu in place of meat when possible.
Do crunches for your abs.
Also aerobics are great too!
