Tips on how to maintain consumption thriving?
i'm always trying to lose weight but than i of late give up. you have no notion how hard it is.
next year, i'm going into 8th position, and i want to look like a different person.
but it's soooooooooooooooooooooo knotty!

Because when you eat just once a day, your metabolism gets slower than it already is! That's the primary reason. Sounds funny, but to lose weight... you must put away (the right things, of course)
Eat low-fat, high-fiber foods such as salads and vegetable pastas.
Your last meal should be back 18:00. Try.

Don't starve
Starvation is not good for losing weight, nor your robustness.
Starvation is the worse thing you can do in a counterbalance loss diet.
Try oatmeal instead of cornflakes for breakfast--eating oatmeal can help reduce cholesterol level, and its high fiber content will keep you full longer.
Drink 6-8 goggles of water every day !
Can be slap, plain, mineral, sparkling. I just love mineral sparkling water!
This improve your bowel, reduces the "hunger" sensation, and hydrates your skin. Your skin will look much better after the first weeks!
Don't believe the slogan "water make me fat". Beside being stupid... you might get into serious troubles beside your kidneys.
Drink ONLY natural juices, freshly squized!
Don't drink Coca Cola, Pepsi, Spite etc. during the diet. Even lite or neutral versions.

Nothing compares to the the smell of a fresh natural fruit liquid! Not speaking about health...
Avoid those vending machines by carrying around your own healthful foods and going away pocket change at home.
And of course adjectives that plus exercising.
If you want quicker results - exercise would be good.
But remember, you're not going to attend the Olympic Games! If you exercise a lot - you'll bring back very hungry... and you'll be tempted to chomp through more. Don't exagerate!
Walking is fine (but not very slow...) for your body, and your spirit. Half an hour, or one hour /day - it's up to you.
Get fit while you sit new workout program that's the laziest path to get in shape - works almost any place, anytime, anywhere… even while watching TV!
Start a regular exercise program and stick beside it. Don't be afraid of those sweat suits and Lycra pants!
Start swimming. Swimming is an excellent exercise to get involved next to, since it increases blood flow and uses muscles we don't regularly use. Start a swimming program and try to do it 3 times a week. You will feel excellent and rejuvenated.
Choose an exercise program that you enjoy, and don't shun the free-thinking. For instance, did you know that regular vigorous dancing is exercise too?

Actually, I would say-so most people know how hard it is. Because you are so infantile, I would say ignore what most those say here and talk to your doctor formerly doing anything.
Also, your age is a tough one. I felt the same style then, but it does get better. Whether you realize it or not, you own qualities that are desirable. You just hold to get through these years to see them.
