"I am 21 years out-of-date, 5"5 and 250pounds. I want to lose substance, how can I?

During my pregnancy 4 years ago I gained about 100 pounds, and I can't come across to loose it , I diet for months and months and I lose like only 10 pounds, not just am I big around my stomache I have huge calves and thights, I get so imbarrased family tease my calling me thunder thighs and kankles. I am so self concious I can't even wear capris or shorts alwasy sweat pants some times jeans. Any serve will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Answers:    First off, you need to excercise, in particular with cardio. It's tough to do, especially with a highly developed weight, but if you start slow and gradually move up, your heart will strengthen and allow you more intense workouts. Try this excercise/diet plan.

1. **Wake up earlyish everyday, ABSOLUTELY BY 9.** However, be sure to get hold of at least 8 hours of sleep in charge to keep your energy up.

2. **Eat a devout breakfast, primarily of carbohydrates and grains, which give you animation, as well and fruits and vegetables.** This will get your metabolism running untimely.

3. **Start the day off beside a fast-paced(as in, speed walking) walk for just about an hour.** The heavier you weigh, the more calories this burns. THEN...
If you are sedentary : BMR x 20 percent
If you are weakly active: BMR x 30 percent
If you are moderately active (You exercise most days a week.): BMR x 40 percent
If you are incredibly active (You exercise intensely on a daily proof or for prolonged periods.): BMR x 50 percent
If you are extra active (You do concrete labor or are in athletic training.): BMR x 60 percent
Add this number to your BMR.

make sure youre are singular eating like 1400-1600 calories a morning if you wanna lose weight. but no less or your metabolism will shut down. form sure you excersice. running is great.
people should excersice a minimujm of 30 minutes a day. so shift for a hour or more. make sure youre eating athletic to. and NO FAST FOOD. if a foods calories from fat are more than half the amount of calories (ie 100 calories and 80 calories from fat) consequently that is considered junk food.
receive sure you eat breakfast because that will jump start your metabolism. you should try and work out after every banquet. and dont eat after 7. also dont work out right before bed its unpromising for your heart. also for your legs do squats or lay on your back with your hand under your butt. look straight up. slowly raise your legs till you enjoy a 90 angle and then slowly bring them back down. do that 30 times. tones your legs and burns solid like no other :]

Diet and Exercise...the best program I have used be Weight Watchers.and walking. It takes awhile, but it is a lifestyle change. Not only just a fad diet. You can also do weight watchers online, but if you insufficiency motivation, I would suggest finding a meeting location, as it allows for a support group as well. It is moderately reasonable in cost too! Good luck! Stay positive!
